First, conquer your email inbox with a system of prioritizing urgent items, putting less pressing tasks on a to-do list, and responding to and deleting any messages you can dispose of quickly.







2 : Make good relationships with your colleagues.
That includes the staff in the human resources departm
ent, the information technology pros, and the cleaning and security workers.



 
3 : Focus on listening

Listen closely to your boss’s requests but also listen to your colleagues and subordinates.








4 :Keep clarity and precision in communication.

If an email doesn’t convey the subtlety of what you’re trying to communicate, pick up the phone or schedule an in-person meeting.




 
5: Be prepared.

Do plenty of research in advance of any meeting or negotiation.

Both of them are proficient in creating the content and delivering the sessions. They have conducting sessions at MZOS for a better for a decade now. They combined experience in the field of training is 15+ years. They also have trained industry professionals on core technologies like Oracle, PL SQL, and many more.

Along with training the students at MZOS in technical skills, this dual combo also helps other staff trains the students in developing their soft skills. They conduct group discussion rounds, and interview skills development sessions. If the situation demands, they have also to lengths of taking one on one sessions with the students.
